Plant Pals
The project is to launch a new product line for existing and new customers of Office Green. This new product line is called Plant Pals and seeks to sell and ship potted plants to office workers.
Below are a selection of project artifacts such as the project charter, the project plan, the communication plan, RACI chart, a Gnatt chart, Scrum Product Backlog, and a stakeholder analysis.
Virtual Verde
Virtual Verde is an offshoot project from Plant Pals, which seeks to bring office plants to remote workers home office space. This project follows Agile and Scrum methodologies where I as a Project Manager acted as Scrum Master.
